게임을 설치하거나 플레이하면 이 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 게임을 이용하지 마세요. 미성년자는 법정대리인의 동의를 받아 이용해야 하며, 결제는 법정대리인의 관리 아래에서 해야 합니다.
회사는 이용자가 소유하거나 관리하는 기기에서 비상업적인 오락 목적으로 게임을 설치하고 플레이할 수 있는 개인적이고 비독점적이며 양도할 수 없는 권리를 드립니다. 게임의 코드, 그림, 소리, 이름에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 회사에 허락한 권리자에게 있습니다. 법이 명시적으로 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 게임을 복제, 판매, 대여, 배포하거나 역설계·변조할 수 없습니다.
에너지, 코인, 하늘 수정, 재료, 넥타르, 선물 상자 같은 게임 안의 재화와 아이템은 게임 콘텐츠의 일부이며 게임 밖의 금전이나 물건으로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 양도·판매할 수 없습니다. 생산기와 선물 상자에서 나오는 아이템의 확률은 게임의 설정 → 확률 정보에서 볼 수 있으며, 확률을 바꿀 때는 게임 안의 표시도 함께 바꿉니다. 회사는 업데이트로 게임의 수치(가격, 보상, 확률 등)를 조정할 수 있습니다.
게임에는 이용자가 원할 때 버튼을 눌러 보는 보상형 광고가 있습니다. 광고를 끝까지 보면 표시된 보상(에너지, 선물 상자, 축복 충전, 주문 코인 등)을 받으며, 광고를 보는 횟수는 하루 상한이 있습니다. 광고가 없거나 불러오지 못한 경우에는 보상을 받을 수 없으며, 광고 버튼의 표시 여부와 보상은 운영에 따라 바뀔 수 있습니다.
Google Play 게임즈 로그인은 선택 사항이며 Google의 약관에 따라 제공됩니다. 순위표에는 게이머 이름과 기록이 다른 플레이어에게 보일 수 있습니다. 부정행위, 변조된 앱, 오류로 얻은 것으로 보이는 기록은 삭제할 수 있습니다. 클라우드 저장은 가능한 범위에서 제공하며, 이용자의 기기, Google 계정, Google 서비스의 문제로 잃은 데이터에 대해서는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임지지 않습니다.
게임을 해킹·변조하거나, 자동화 도구를 쓰거나, 오류를 악용하거나, 순위표나 다른 이용자를 방해하거나, 법을 어기는 방식으로 게임을 이용하지 마세요. 이런 이용과 관련된 기록이나 진행은 삭제할 수 있습니다.
회사는 게임의 일부를 업데이트, 변경, 중단할 수 있습니다. 게임 제공을 끝내거나 유료로 판매한 콘텐츠를 없애려면 가능한 경우 최소 30일 전에 게임이나 스토어 페이지에 알리고, 유료 콘텐츠는 법에 따라 처리합니다. 약관을 바꾸면 이 페이지 상단의 시행일부터 적용하며, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 30일 전부터 게임이나 이 페이지에 알립니다.
게임은 법이 허용하는 범위에서 '있는 그대로' 제공되며, 항상 이용할 수 있거나 오류가 없다고 보장하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 회사는 간접 손해나 이용자의 기기·네트워크·계정·제3자 서비스로 생긴 문제에 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의나 중대한 과실로 인한 책임, 그리고 소비자로서 이용자가 가지는 강행법규상의 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 위 연락처로 알려 주시면 해결하도록 노력하겠습니다. 소송은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제기할 수 있습니다.
These terms are an agreement between you and FIVE DUCK GAMES for 여신의 공방: 잊힌 문명 (com.fiveduckgames.goddesscity). Effective October 3, 2026. The Korean text above prevails where the two differ.
License and items. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play for non-commercial entertainment. In-game currencies and items (energy, coins, sky crystals, materials, nectar, gift boxes) have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. Odds for generators and gift boxes are shown in Settings → Odds. Optional rewarded ads give the shown reward when watched to the end, with a daily limit; rewards are not available when no ad can be loaded.
Purchases and sky crystals. Products are digital content bought through Google Play billing and delivered right after payment. The monthly subscription 여신의 가호 (“Goddess’s Grace”) renews automatically every month at the same price: 100 sky crystals at purchase, then while subscribed 20 sky crystals and 50 energy a day (claimed from the in-game gift button), +20 maximum energy and ad rewards without ads. Cancel any time in Google Play’s subscriptions menu (the shop’s 구독 관리 button); benefits continue until the paid period ends and you are not charged again. Purchased and free sky crystals are recorded separately; free crystals are spent first. Purchased crystals are valid for 5 years from purchase. If you are not signed in to Google Play Games, uninstalling, clearing app data or using “Start over” removes your remaining crystals and items, and we cannot restore them.
Withdrawal and refunds. You may withdraw a purchase within 7 days of the later of purchase or availability, except for content you have already used or opened (a subscription period can be withdrawn within 7 days if none of its benefits were used); crystal packs can be withdrawn for unused purchased crystals and bundles for unused parts. If content differs from its description, you may withdraw within 3 months of delivery and within 30 days of finding out. Email us a screenshot of the in-game Purchase history; we check the remaining purchased crystals and refund through Google Play. Purchases by minors without guardian consent can be cancelled as the law provides.
Play Games, fair play, changes and liability. Play Games sign-in, leaderboards and cloud save are optional and provided by Google; we may remove scores that come from cheating or bugs. Do not hack, modify or automate the game. We will give at least 30 days’ notice, where possible, before ending the game or removing paid content, and before changes to these terms that are unfavourable to you. The game is provided as is to the extent permitted by law, without limiting liability for intent or gross negligence or your mandatory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
