이 게임은 회원가입이 없고 개발자가 게임 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 아래 방법으로 데이터를 직접 지우거나 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 자세한 수집 항목은 개인정보처리방침을 보세요.

1. 기기에 저장된 게임 데이터

  1. Android 설정 → 애플리케이션 → 여신의 공방: 잊힌 문명 → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제를 누르거나 앱을 삭제합니다.
  2. 게임 안에서 설정 → '처음부터 다시 하기'를 눌러 진행을 초기화할 수도 있습니다.

진행 상황, 하늘 수정과 아이템, 지급 기록이 즉시 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

2. Google Play 게임즈 클라우드 저장과 순위표 기록

  1. Google Play 게임즈 앱(또는 Google 계정의 Play 게임즈 설정)을 엽니다.
  2. 설정 → 계정 및 개인 정보 보호(또는 '데이터 삭제') → 여신의 공방: 잊힌 문명의 Play 게임즈 데이터 삭제를 선택합니다.

Google 계정에 저장된 이 게임의 클라우드 저장과 순위표 기록이 Google의 절차에 따라 삭제됩니다. 기기에 남은 데이터는 1항으로 지웁니다.

3. 이용 분석·비정상 종료 데이터 삭제 요청

  1. fiveduckgames@gmail.com으로 제목 '여신의 공방 데이터 삭제 요청'을 보내 주세요.
  2. 개발자는 이름이나 연락처로 이용자를 식별하지 않으므로, 삭제할 데이터를 찾는 데 필요한 정보(예: 문의한 기기 모델과 대략적인 이용 기간)를 여쭐 수 있습니다.

확인되면 Google 애널리틱스(Firebase)의 해당 사용자 데이터를 삭제하고 30일 이내에 결과를 알려 드립니다. 요청하지 않아도 애널리틱스 데이터는 2개월, 비정상 종료 보고는 90일이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.

4. 삭제되지 않거나 보관되는 데이터

  1. Game data on your device: Android Settings → Apps → 여신의 공방: 잊힌 문명 → Storage → Clear data (or uninstall), or use “Start over” in the game’s settings. Progress, crystals, items and the purchase record are deleted immediately and cannot be restored.
  2. Play Games cloud save and leaderboard scores: in the Google Play Games app or your Google Account’s Play Games settings, choose to delete your Play Games data for this game. Google deletes it under its own process.
  3. Analytics and crash data: email us with the subject “Goddess City data deletion request”. We may ask for details that help us find the data (for example your device model and roughly when you played), delete the matching Google Analytics (Firebase) user data and reply within 30 days. Without a request, analytics data is deleted after 2 months and crash reports after 90 days.
  4. Kept data: Google Play payment, refund and transaction records are kept by Google under its policies and legal obligations and cannot be deleted by us; aggregate statistics that do not identify you may remain; deletion request emails are kept for up to 1 year to confirm the request was handled.
