진행 상황을 새로 시작하려면 게임 설정의 ‘처음부터 플레이’를 이용하세요. 이는 게임 진행 초기화이며 구매 권한 복원·동의 기록까지 모두 지우는 기능은 아닙니다. 앱의 기기 저장 자료를 제거하려면 Android 설정 → 앱 → 고양이 벌목단 → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제를 이용하세요. iPhone에서는 설정 → 일반 → iPhone 저장 공간 → 고양이 벌목단 → 앱 삭제를 이용하세요. ‘앱 정리하기’는 데이터를 남깁니다. 복구되지 않는 진행 기록을 먼저 확인하세요. 운영체제 백업이 있다면 해당 백업도 별도로 관리해야 합니다.
순위 기능이 있는 버전에서는 게임의 순위 화면 → ‘내 순위 기록 삭제 · 참여 중단’ → ‘삭제’를 선택하세요. Firebase의 공개 기록과 익명 인증 계정을 삭제하고 이 기기에서 순위 참여를 중단합니다. 네트워크 오류가 표시되면 삭제는 아직 완료되지 않았으므로 다시 시도해 주세요. ‘참여’를 다시 선택하기 전에는 기록을 재등록하지 않습니다. 게임 진행과 구매 권한은 이 작업으로 지워지지 않습니다. 앱 제거만으로 서버 기록이 삭제되지는 않습니다.
기기에서 삭제할 수 없는 경우에는 이전 닉네임·대략적인 기록·마지막 이용 시점도 함께 알려 주세요. 닉네임만으로 다른 사람의 자료를 삭제하지 않으며 본인 확인에 필요한 최소한의 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다. 문의 이메일 등 개발자가 받은 개인정보를 삭제하려면 fiveduckgames@gmail.com으로 요청해 주세요. 앱 이름, 삭제 대상과 이전 문의 이메일을 적어 주세요. 요청 확인에 필요한 최소 정보만 요청합니다. 비밀번호, 카드 번호 전체, 신분증 사본을 보내지 마세요. 적용 법령의 기한에 따라 답변하며, 삭제할 수 없는 법적 보관 대상이 있다면 이유와 범위를 안내합니다.
게임 설정의 ‘선택 광고’에서 광고를 끌 수 있고, 광고 식별자는 기기 설정(Android 광고 ID 삭제·재설정, iOS 추적 허용 끄기)으로 관리할 수 있습니다. 광고 끄기는 이미 보유한 모든 자료의 삭제와 같지 않습니다. Google(AdMob·Firebase Analytics)과 Unity(Unity Ads·In-App Purchasing)의 기록 삭제는 개인정보처리방침의 제공자 링크를 통해 요청할 수 있습니다. 필요하면 개발자에게 문의해 주세요. Google Play·Apple 구매 내역은 각 스토어에서 관리하며 앱 데이터 삭제로 지워지지 않습니다. 구매 복원 시 보유 상품이 다시 적용될 수 있습니다.
To restart progress, use the in-game reset option. This does not erase every purchase or consent record. To remove local app data, use Android Settings → Apps → Cat Lumber → Storage → Clear data. On iPhone, use Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Cat Lumber → Delete App; Offload App keeps app data. Progress may be unrecoverable; manage any operating-system backups separately.
For leaderboard-enabled versions, use the ranking screen’s delete/stop-participation control. This deletes your ranking record and anonymous Firebase authentication account and stops participation on this device. Retry if a network error says deletion is incomplete. Rejoining requires your explicit selection. This does not erase game progress or purchases; uninstalling alone does not delete server records. If you cannot use the in-game control, include your previous nickname, approximate score and last-use date when contacting us; additional information may be needed to verify ownership. To request deletion of personal information sent to us, such as support correspondence, email fiveduckgames@gmail.com. Include the app name, what you want deleted and the email used for previous contact. We request only information needed to verify the request, respond within applicable legal deadlines, and explain any legally required retention. Do not send passwords, full card details or identity-document copies.
Turn off optional ads in the game settings, and manage advertising identifiers with your device’s advertising ID or tracking settings. Disabling ads is not deletion of all existing provider records (Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Unity Ads and Unity In-App Purchasing). Request deletion from the providers linked in the privacy policy, or contact us for help. Google and Apple control their respective store transaction records. Clearing app data does not delete these records; restoring purchases may reapply owned products.
