게임에는 회원가입이나 로그인이 없습니다. 게임 진행, 재화, 설정, 구매 권한과 보상 지급 기록은 기기에만 저장됩니다. 모두 지우려면 Android 설정 → 애플리케이션(앱) → 고양이 방주 → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제를 이용하세요. 삭제한 진행 기록은 복구되지 않습니다. 기기 백업이 켜져 있다면 Google 계정 백업도 따로 관리해야 합니다. 구매한 비소모성 상품은 같은 Google Play 계정으로 ‘구매 복원’을 하면 다시 적용될 수 있습니다.
문의 이메일처럼 개발자가 받은 개인정보의 삭제는 fiveduckgames@gmail.com으로 요청해 주세요. 게임 설정 → 문의하기에 표시되는 지원 코드를 함께 알려 주시면 확인에 도움이 됩니다. 비밀번호, 카드 번호 전체, 신분증 사본은 보내지 마세요. 적용 법령의 기한 안에 답변하며, 법적으로 보관해야 하는 자료가 있다면 이유와 범위를 안내합니다.
맞춤형 광고 동의는 게임의 상점 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 바꿀 수 있고, 광고 ID는 기기 설정(광고 ID 삭제·재설정)으로 관리할 수 있습니다. Google AdMob과 Google Firebase(이용 통계·오류 보고)가 처리한 자료는 각 제공자의 정책에 따라 보관되며, 삭제는 개인정보처리방침에 적힌 대로 Google에 요청하거나 개발자에게 문의해 주세요. Firebase 이용 통계는 앱 설치마다 만들어지는 무작위 ID로만 묶이며, 앱을 삭제하면 그 ID도 사라집니다. 결제 정보는 개발자에게 저장되지 않으며 Google Play 결제 기록은 Google이 관리합니다.
The game has no sign-up or login. Game progress, currencies, settings, purchase entitlements and reward records are stored only on your device. To remove them, use Android Settings → Apps → Cat Ark (고양이 방주) → Storage → Clear data. Deleted progress cannot be recovered; manage any Google account backups separately. Non-consumable purchases can be reapplied by restoring purchases with the same Google Play account.
To delete personal information you sent us, such as support emails, email fiveduckgames@gmail.com. Including the support code shown in Settings → Contact helps us find your request. Do not send passwords, full card details or identity-document copies. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any legally required retention.
Change personalized-ad consent in the game under Shop → Ad privacy options, and manage your advertising ID in your device settings. Data processed by Google AdMob and Google Firebase (usage statistics and crash reports) is kept under each provider's policies; request deletion from Google as described in the privacy policy, or contact us for help. Firebase statistics are tied only to a random per-install ID that disappears when you uninstall. Payment details are not stored by us; Google controls Google Play transaction records.
