고양이 방주 이용약관

1. 목적

이 약관은 FIVE DUCK GAMES(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 「고양이 방주」(이하 "게임")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.

2. 게임 이용

• 게임은 무료로 이용할 수 있고, 일부 상품은 유료입니다.
• 게임에는 계정이 없으며 진행 상황은 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 진행이 사라질 수 있습니다. 기기의 Android 백업이 켜져 있으면 같은 Google 계정으로 복원될 수 있습니다.
• 계정이 없으므로 개발자가 사라진 진행을 되살려 드리기 어렵습니다. 광고 생략 같은 영구 상품은 [상점 > 구매 복원·재확인]으로 되찾을 수 있습니다.

3. 유료 상품

• 상품의 가격과 내용은 상점에 표시된 그대로이며, 결제는 Google Play로 합니다.
• 확률에 따라 결과가 달라지는 유료 상품은 없습니다. 모든 상품은 표시된 수량과 효과 그대로 지급됩니다.
• 기간제 상품(월간 보급)은 구매한 날부터 30일 동안 매일 게임에 들어와 받아야 하며, 받지 않은 날의 몫은 쌓이지 않습니다.

4. 청약철회와 환불

• 유료 상품은 구매한 날부터 7일 이내에 청약철회(결제 취소)를 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 다만 다음은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항에 따라 청약철회가 제한됩니다. 이 사실은 상점과 구매 화면에 미리 안내합니다.
• 이미 사용한 다이아 (사용한 만큼)
• 결제 즉시 효과가 적용되는 상품: 보상 광고 생략, 이번 시즌 보상을 받기 시작한 시즌패스 프리미엄
• 받기를 시작한 월간 보급 (받은 날 수만큼)
• 함께 받은 재화를 사용한 시작·성장 지원 팩
• 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우 미성년자 본인 또는 법정대리인이 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다. 다만 미성년자가 속임수로 성년자로 믿게 하거나 법정대리인이 허락한 범위 안의 결제는 제외됩니다.
• 신청 방법: 구매 후 48시간 이내에는 Google Play에서 직접 환불을 요청할 수 있고, 그 뒤에는 [설정 > 문의하기]로 주문 번호(GPA로 시작)와 지원 코드를 보내 주세요.
• 환불되면 그 결제로 받은 재화와 효과는 회수됩니다. 이미 사용한 부분은 남은 재화에서 차감합니다.

5. 광고

• 게임의 광고는 모두 보상형이며 시청은 선택입니다. 강제로 나오는 광고는 없습니다.
• 광고를 끝까지 봤을 때만 추가 보상을 드립니다. 광고가 준비되지 않았을 때는 기본 보상을 받을 수 있습니다.

6. 금지 행위

게임이나 저장 파일을 변조하는 행위, 결제·환불 절차를 악용하는 행위, 오류를 알고도 이용해 부당한 이익을 얻는 행위는 금지됩니다. 확인되면 해당 보상을 회수하거나 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

7. 서비스의 변경과 종료

• 게임 내용은 운영을 위해 바뀔 수 있습니다.
• 서비스를 종료하려면 30일 전에 게임 안이나 스토어 페이지로 알리며, 관련 법령에 따라 남은 유료 상품의 환불 기준을 함께 안내합니다.

8. 책임의 제한

천재지변, 기기·통신 장애처럼 개발자가 막을 수 없는 사유로 생긴 손해는 개발자의 고의나 과실이 없는 한 책임지지 않습니다.

Cat Ark Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-10-06

1. Purpose

These terms set the conditions for using the mobile game Cat Ark ("the game") provided by FIVE DUCK GAMES ("we").

2. Using the game

• The game is free to play. Some items are paid.
• There are no accounts; progress is stored on your device and can be lost if you uninstall the app or change devices. If Android backup is on, it may be restored to the same Google account.
• Because there are no accounts, we generally cannot recover lost progress. Permanent items such as Skip Reward Ads can be restored with Shop > Restore / retry purchases.

3. Paid items

• Prices and contents are exactly as shown in the shop. Payment is handled by Google Play.
• There are no paid items with random outcomes. Everything is delivered in the quantity and effect shown.
• The Monthly Supply lasts 30 days from purchase; the daily portion must be claimed in the game each day and does not carry over.

4. Withdrawal and refunds

• You may withdraw from (cancel) a purchase within 7 days of buying it.
• Withdrawal is limited, as shown in the shop before purchase, for: diamonds already used (for the used amount); items that take effect immediately (Skip Reward Ads, a Season Pass Premium whose rewards you have started claiming); a Monthly Supply already being claimed (for the days claimed); Starter and Growth packs whose contents have been used.
• Purchases made by a minor without a legal guardian's consent may be cancelled by the minor or the guardian, except where the minor deceived the seller about their age or the purchase was within an amount the guardian allowed.
• How to request: within 48 hours of purchase you can request a refund directly from Google Play; after that, contact us via Settings > Contact with your order number (starting with GPA) and support code.
• When a purchase is refunded, the items and effects from it are removed; any used portion is deducted from your remaining balance.

5. Ads

• All ads in the game are optional rewarded ads. There are no forced ads.
• Extra rewards are given only after an ad is watched to the end. If no ad is available, you can still take the base reward.

6. Prohibited conduct

Modifying the game or its save files, abusing payment or refund processes, or knowingly exploiting bugs for unfair gain is prohibited. We may remove such rewards or restrict use.

7. Changes and termination

• Game content may change as we operate it.
• If we end the service, we will announce it in the game or on the store page 30 days in advance, together with how unused paid items will be refunded under applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or device or network failures, unless caused by our intent or negligence.
