게임 진행, 재화, 설정, 구매 권한과 보상 지급 기록은 기기에만 저장됩니다. 기기 저장 자료를 모두 지우려면 Android 설정 → 애플리케이션(앱) → 고양이 급식소 → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제를 이용하세요. iOS에서는 앱을 삭제하면 기기 저장 자료가 함께 지워집니다. 삭제한 진행 기록은 복구되지 않습니다. 운영체제 백업이 있다면 해당 백업도 별도로 관리해야 합니다. 구매한 상품은 같은 Google Play 계정 또는 Apple 계정으로 ‘구매 복원’을 하면 다시 적용될 수 있습니다.
순위 기능이 있는 버전에서는 게임의 순위 화면 → ‘참여 중단 · 기록 지우기’를 선택하세요. Firebase에 저장된 공개 순위 기록(순위 이름, 누적 손님 수, 갱신 시각)과 익명 인증 계정을 삭제하고, 이 기기에서 순위 참여를 중단합니다. ‘기록 삭제 다시 시도’가 표시되면 삭제가 아직 끝나지 않은 것이므로 다시 눌러 주세요. ‘다시 참여하기’를 선택하기 전에는 기록을 다시 등록하지 않습니다. 이 작업으로 게임 진행과 구매 권한은 지워지지 않습니다. 앱 제거나 기기 데이터 삭제만으로는 서버의 순위 기록이 삭제되지 않으니, 앱을 지우기 전에 먼저 순위 기록을 지워 주세요.
앱에서 삭제할 수 없는 경우(예: 앱을 이미 제거한 경우)에는 fiveduckgames@gmail.com으로 요청해 주세요. 앱 이름, 삭제할 대상과 함께 순위 이름·대략적인 누적 손님 수·마지막 이용 시점을 알려 주시면 확인에 도움이 됩니다. 순위 이름만으로 다른 사람의 자료를 삭제하지 않으며, 본인 확인에 필요한 최소한의 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다. 문의 이메일 등 개발자가 받은 개인정보의 삭제도 같은 주소로 요청할 수 있습니다. 비밀번호, 카드 번호 전체, 신분증 사본은 보내지 마세요. 적용 법령의 기한 안에 답변하며, 법적으로 보관해야 하는 자료가 있다면 이유와 범위를 안내합니다.
게임 설정의 ‘선택 광고’에서 광고를 끌 수 있고, 광고 식별자는 기기 설정(광고 ID 삭제·재설정)으로 관리할 수 있습니다. 광고 끄기는 이미 보유한 자료의 삭제와 같지 않습니다. Google AdMob이 처리한 자료의 삭제는 개인정보처리방침의 제공자 링크를 통해 Google에 요청할 수 있으며, 필요하면 개발자에게 문의해 주세요. 구매 정보는 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다. Google Play와 App Store의 결제 기록은 각각 Google과 Apple이 관리하며 앱 데이터 삭제로 지워지지 않습니다.
Game progress, currencies, settings, purchase entitlements and reward records are stored only on your device. To remove them, use Android Settings → Apps → Cat Feeder (고양이 급식소) → Storage → Clear data; on iOS, deleting the app removes them. Deleted progress cannot be recovered; manage any operating-system backups separately. Purchased products can be reapplied by restoring purchases with the same Google Play account or Apple Account.
In leaderboard-enabled versions, open the ranking screen and choose “참여 중단 · 기록 지우기” (stop participating and delete record). This deletes your public ranking record (ranking name, total guest count, update time) and your anonymous Firebase authentication account, and stops participation on this device. If “기록 삭제 다시 시도” (retry deletion) appears, deletion is not finished yet; tap it again. The app does not submit again until you choose to rejoin. This does not erase game progress or purchases. Uninstalling or clearing app data does not delete server ranking records, so delete your ranking record before uninstalling.
If you cannot use the in-app control (for example, after uninstalling), email fiveduckgames@gmail.com with the app name, what you want deleted, and your ranking name, approximate total guest count and last-use date. We do not delete records based on a name alone and may ask for the minimum information needed to verify ownership. You can also request deletion of personal information you sent us, such as support emails. Do not send passwords, full card details or identity-document copies. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any legally required retention.
Turn off optional ads in the game settings and manage your advertising ID in your device settings; turning ads off is not deletion of existing records. Request deletion of data processed by Google AdMob through the provider links in the privacy policy, or contact us for help. Purchase information is not sent to us. Google and Apple control Google Play and App Store transaction records, which clearing app data does not delete.
