FIVE DUCK GAMES provides Bumpy Road (com.fiveduckgames.bumpyroad). Contact: fiveduckgames@gmail.com. Last updated: September 30, 2026.
You can play Bumpy Road without creating an account. Your progress is saved on your device, and you can optionally sign in with Google Play Games to keep it in the cloud and join leaderboards. The game shows ads from Google AdMob, sells optional in-app purchases through Google Play, and uses Google Firebase to measure how the game is played, collect crash reports and adjust game settings. We do not run our own servers and do not sell your personal information.
Coins, prize tickets, cars and their stars, best score, play counts, the list of products you own, gift timing and sound, music and vibration settings are stored in the app’s storage on your device. They are removed when you clear the app’s data or uninstall it. If Android backup is enabled on your device, the operating system may back up app data to your Google account under Google’s settings and policies; we cannot access these backups. The vibration permission is used only for short in-game haptic feedback, which you can turn off in settings.
When the game starts it tries to sign you in to Google Play Games in the background. You can keep playing as a guest if you are not signed in. When you are signed in, Google shares your Play Games player ID, gamer name and avatar with the game, and:
You can manage your profile visibility or delete your Play Games data for this game in the Google Play Games app or your Google Account settings. Google Play Games is operated by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.
Purchases are made through Google Play billing; the game talks to Google Play through the Unity In-App Purchasing library. Google collects your payment details directly, and we never receive them. The purchase information Google Play delivers to your device (product ID, order ID, purchase token, purchase time and state) is verified on your device to grant and restore the items you bought, and the list of products you own is kept with your game data (and your cloud save if you are signed in). We do not send it to servers of our own. Payments, refunds and transaction records follow Google Play’s policies and are not deleted when you clear app data or uninstall. Purchase events (such as the product, whether the purchase succeeded and, for completed purchases, the price and currency) are also recorded in Firebase Analytics (section 5). The Unity In-App Purchasing library may send technical diagnostics about the purchase flow to Unity under Unity’s privacy policy.
The game uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Rewarded ads play only when you tap an ad button, for example to double your coins or continue a run. Full-screen ads may appear between runs; buying Remove Ads turns them off. Where consent is required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), your advertising choices are collected with Google’s User Messaging Platform before ads are requested, and you can change them later with the AD CHOICES button in settings.
The ads SDK may process your device’s advertising ID, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device, operating system and app information, ad impressions, clicks and completions, and error and performance diagnostics, for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalized ads. See Google’s policies for details, retention and processing locations. To limit personalized ads, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
Firebase processes this data on Google’s servers, which may be outside your country. Analytics data is kept according to the data retention setting of our Google Analytics property and then deleted; crash reports are kept for 90 days. Diagnostics and analytics in the Unity game engine are turned off.
GitHub Pages hosts these policy pages; requests may expose your IP address and request metadata to the host. Support emails contain your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send; we keep them as long as needed to resolve your request and delete them on request. Do not send passwords or full payment details.
Processing relies, as applicable, on providing the game you asked for, our legitimate interests in operating, improving and funding a free game (including analytics and advertising), legal obligations, and your consent where required. Game data on your device stays until you clear app data; cloud saves stay until you delete your Play Games data; data held by Google and Unity is kept under their policies. Processing may take place outside your country (for example in the United States), with transfer safeguards described by each provider, including EU standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, to withdraw consent and to complain to your data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before. You can reset your advertising ID, change ad choices in settings, delete your Play Games data as described in section 2, clear the app’s data, or contact us. We do not hold data that identifies you by name, so we may ask for information such as your Play Games gamer name to find records we can act on.
Bumpy Road is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us.
We will update this page and the store’s data safety information before we change what the game collects. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date.
