By installing or playing Barricubes you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and supervise any purchases.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. The game, its code, art, sound and names remain ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, sell, rent or distribute the game, and you may not decompile, modify or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows it.
Gold, troop classes, levels, evolution forms, castle tiers and other items earned in the game are part of the game’s content. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be transferred or sold. We may rebalance game values (for example prices, rewards, enemy strength or upgrade costs) in updates.
The game is free and supported by ads. Rewarded ads play only when you choose to watch them. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of advertisers’ products or websites.
Signing in with Google Play Games is optional and is provided by Google under its own terms. Leaderboards show your gamer name and scores to other players. We may remove scores that appear to come from cheating, modified apps or bugs. Cloud save is provided on a best-effort basis; we are not responsible for data lost because of problems with your device, your Google account or Google’s services.
Do not cheat, hack or modify the game, use automated tools, exploit bugs, interfere with other players or the leaderboards, or use the game in a way that breaks the law. If you do, we may remove scores or progress connected to the misuse.
We may update, change or stop parts of the game. If we plan to stop offering the game or remove content you paid for, we will announce it in the game or on the store listing at least 30 days in advance where possible, and handle paid content as required by law. We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page, and we will announce material changes in advance in the game or on this page.
The game is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by your device, network, account or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in its courts. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem.
